劉永好：民營經(jīng)濟(jì)應(yīng)扮更重要角色

    全國政協(xié)委員、新希望集團(tuán)董事長劉永好在今年兩會上提出了《民營經(jīng)濟(jì)要在中國經(jīng)濟(jì)中發(fā)揮更大的作用》。

    國家工商總局2月中旬公布的統(tǒng)計數(shù)據(jù)顯示，截至2006年底，私營企業(yè)達(dá)到494.7萬戶，注冊資本(金)7.5萬億元；個體工商戶2576.2萬戶，資金數(shù)額6515.4億元。去年，私營企業(yè)繳納稅收總額3495.2億元，比上年增長28.6%；個體工商戶繳納稅收總額1194.7億元，比上年增長18.6%.劉永好認(rèn)為，吸納就業(yè)、納稅等只是民營經(jīng)濟(jì)貢獻(xiàn)的一部分，全國工商聯(lián)去年的一個重點課題調(diào)研結(jié)果顯示，改革開放以來，大約70%的技術(shù)創(chuàng)新、65%的國內(nèi)發(fā)明專利和80%以上的新產(chǎn)品來自中小企業(yè)，而95%以上的中小企業(yè)是非公有制企業(yè)。

    劉永好同時指出，盡管取得這么多成就，但民營企業(yè)自主創(chuàng)新也面臨著不少問題。要建立一個健全的創(chuàng)新體系，這個體系中就必須把資本市場和銀行體系兼而考慮進(jìn)來。
